The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days after purchase. This right is guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the full version of which you can find here.
To return an item, please ensure that:
◉ the product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, stains, software has not changed, etc.;
◉ the goods are fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated, all labels and factory markings are preserved;
◉ there is a sales receipt and a warranty card confirming the purchase of goods in our store;
◉ 14 days have not passed since the purchase.
In the event that a product of inadequate quality is purchased if significant defects are found that have arisen due to the fault of the manufacturer of the product, during the warranty period, the buyer has the right to replace the product or refund if there is a conclusion from the service center authorized by the manufacturer of the Product that the operating conditions have not been violated consumer.
If necessary, the quality check of the goods can be carried out by the authorized manufacturer's Service Center on the part of the store within three days from the date of receipt of the buyer's written consent to the examination of the products. If it is proved that the defects arose after the transfer of the goods to the buyer due to the violation by the consumer of the rules of operation, storage and transportation, the buyer's requirements for the exchange and return of funds are not subject to satisfaction, and the consumer is obliged to reimburse the costs of the examination.
The requirement to replace the goods is subject to immediate satisfaction if it exists, and in case of its absence - within two months from the date of application. If it is not possible to satisfy the demand within the established period, then you have the right, at your choice, to demand the replacement of the defective product with another product of a different brand (model) of good quality with a corresponding recalculation of the price or a refund.
When replacing a defective product of a similar brand (model) of good quality, the price of which has changed, the cost is not recalculated. In case of replacement of goods with the same brand (model) of good quality, the recalculation of the cost of goods with defects in the event of a price increase is carried out based on its value at the time of exchange, and in the event of a price decrease, based on the purchase price.
The request for a refund is subject to satisfaction on the day the relevant request is presented, and if it is impossible to return the payment, no later than seven days. Settlement with the buyer in case of an increase in the price of the goods is carried out on the basis of its value at the time of presentation of the corresponding demand, and in the event of a decrease in the price - on the basis of the value of the goods at the time of its purchase.
In case of purchasing goods of proper quality, the buyer has the right to exchange the goods for a similar one if the goods are not satisfied in shape, style, dimensions, color or cannot be used for their intended purpose. The exchange of goods of good quality is subject to the condition that 14 days have not passed since the date of purchase, the goods have not been used and the presentation, consumer qualities, seals, factory packaging, which received documents upon purchase, are preserved.
If at the time of the exchange a similar product is not on sale, you can:
◉ purchase any other goods;
◉ to agree on the exchange of goods for a similar one at the first time it goes on sale;
◉ request a refund.
When returning funds, mutual settlements with the buyer are carried out based on the cost of the goods at the time of purchase and if the consumer has a passport. The funds are returned on the day the claim is determined, and if it is impossible to return the funds - no later than within 7 (seven) days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Replacement of goods or refunds are possible only if all conditions and procedures are met.
You will be denied a replacement or refund if:
◉ more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods;
◉ the product, which does not have significant defects, was in use or was not in perfect condition;
◉ when checking the quality of the goods, signs of extraneous interference were revealed (opening, attempted repair) or other conditions of warranty service were violated;
◉ there is no document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods, a warranty card or an incomplete set of goods.
Also, please note that, according to paragraph 3 of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer is obliged to:
1) before starting the operation of the goods, carefully read the operating rules set out in the documentation for the goods provided by the manufacturer (seller);
2) if it is necessary to clarify the conditions and rules for the use of the goods - before using the goods, seek clarification from the seller (manufacturer) or another person specified in the operational documentation who performs their functions;
3) use the product in accordance with its intended purpose and comply with the conditions (requirements, norms, rules) established by the manufacturer of the product in the operational documentation;
4) in order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer from using the product, observe the safety methods provided by the manufacturer in the product and the special rules provided for in the operational documentation, and in the absence of such rules in the documentation, observe the usual understandable safety methods established for this kind of product.

Return or exchange of goods is carried out only in the store. You must have the goods, packaging and components, a warranty card and a sales receipt with you.
